Please keep in mind that there are different residents every time we visit and that we can’t guarantee any level of safety around said residents.  \nWHAT TO WEAR: It is best to be prepared with closed-toe shoes appropriate for standing for long periods and clothing that you wouldn’t mind getting dirty. Breaks are available if needed. \nFOOD: All food that we will be preparing and serving will be provided by Calvary Chapel Pacific Hills. After the food has been prepared and all shelter residents have been served dinner\, Pacific Hills volunteers may eat if they would like to. \nPARKING: There are two parking spaces behind the shelter\, one of which will be taken by the church vehicle. The other is not guaranteed to be available. There’s a parking lot directly adjacent to the shelter\, but we’ve been told this is off-limits to shelter visitors. You can use the metered parking on PCH and extending side streets. We will meet at the church at 4:00 PM and we will carpool to the shelter.
