SUMMARY:High School Friendship Shelter Outreach
DESCRIPTION:If you are a High School student\, you are invited to join us as we head down to Friendship Shelter to provide a meal for their current residents on November 6.  The Friendship Shelter is an overnight shelter for homeless adults. They provide an environment for their residents to regain self-sufficiency. We will be preparing and serving dinner to the residents. Every student will be assigned the role of bringing canned goods\, or a package of pasta & spaghetti sauce to donate.  Please meet at the church at 4:00 PM on Sunday\, November 6th\, and we will be returning at 8:30 PM.  Please sign up in the Student Center or by emailing Dillon Pratt here. \nPlease note:  due to the size of the kitchen\, there are limited spots available.  The first students to sign up in the Student Center will secure their spot. \n\nTRANSPORTATION: Pacific Hills will be providing van transportation to and from this event.  Please drop your student off at 4:00 PM and expect them to return to the church at 8:30 PM. \nTASKS: We will be preparing food for approximately 25 residents of the Friendship shelter. Duties will be assigned the day of the event. Tasks could include things like cooking meat\, chopping various vegetables\, setting up the food bar\, or simply talking to and hanging out with the residents. \nSAFETY: The shelter is a safe and cleanly environment.  It is on the beach in Laguna Beach\, and there have never been any safety issues.  Students must stay inside during the event\, and will be together in the kitchen and dining area.  We do ask that students leave their cell phones in  \nWHAT TO WEAR: It is best to be prepared with closed-toe shoes appropriate for standing for long periods and clothing that you wouldn’t mind getting dirty. Breaks are available if needed. \nFOOD: All food that we will be preparing and serving will be provided by Calvary Chapel Pacific Hills. After the food has been prepared and all shelter residents have been served dinner\, the students will eat dinner at the shelter. \n  \n\n

SUMMARY:MSM Paintball Trip
DESCRIPTION:Students in grades 6-8 are invited to join us on Saturday\, April 24\, as we head to SC Village Paintball Park for a day of unforgettable fun! The $50 cost includes paintball supplies and safety gear as well as transportation. Additionally\, we will be stopping at Del Taco on the way home for dinner. SUMMARY:Easter at Pacific Hills
DESCRIPTION:Join us in person or online for our Easter Sunday services on Sunday\, April 4th.  \nAll three of our regular service times (8:00\, 9:45\, & 11:30 AM) will feature a special message from Pastor Dave and the Pacific Hills worship band.  \n  \nThe church will be open with seating in the sanctuary\, lobby\, and outdoors on our patio.  Our services have something for the whole family!  We will have special children’s ministry and youth programs available during 2nd and 3rd services. \n  \nBe sure to invite anyone you know to join us for a life changing celebration of the resurrection of Jesus! \n\n  \n*Our sanctuary is open for all services and our youth and children’s ministries are available for the whole family. You can also sit on the patio or on the deck\, and you can bring your own chairs if you would like. All of our services our streamed live in full HD and can be viewed on our live service web page\, Roku\, or Facebook.  We also have a drive-up option if you would like to stay in your vehicle. Simply park at the church\, tune your FM radio in to 87.9\, and enjoy our service live. \n\n \n\n\n  \n\n
